Privacy Policy

1) Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you play our mobile games, use in-app features, visit our websites, or contact us (collectively, the “Services”). It applies to players worldwide.

2) The Data We Collect

A. Data you provide

  • Profile or display name, avatar (if features allow)
  • Support messages, feedback, bug reports
  • Country/region selection, language
  • Opt-in choices (e.g., marketing, push notifications)

B. Data collected automatically

  • Device data: model, OS version, device identifiers (e.g., IDFV), screen size, timezone, language, IP address, coarse location derived from IP
  • App data: app version, install source, session length, in-game events, progress, items earned/purchased, crash logs, diagnostics
  • Advertising data (if ads enabled): ad impressions, interaction data, approximate location, resettable ad identifiers (e.g., IDFA where allowed)

C. Data from third parties

  • Apple: Game Center nickname/identifier (if you connect), in-app purchase confirmations (no full card details)
  • Social sign-in providers (if offered): basic profile and token to log you in
  • Ad & analytics partners: aggregated performance metrics and fraud-prevention signals

We do not collect biometric data, contacts, photos, or precise GPS unless a feature clearly asks and you consent.

3) Purposes of Use

  • Provide and operate the games; save progress and achievements
  • Enable in-app purchases and verify transactions
  • Analytics to improve gameplay, balance, performance, and stability
  • Customer support and bug fixing
  • Prevent fraud, cheating, and misuse
  • Serve and measure advertising (if enabled)
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

4) Legal Bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland)

We process personal data on these bases:

  • Performance of a contract (to provide the game and features you request)
  • Legitimate interests (security, analytics, anti-fraud, service improvement)
  • Consent (personalized ads, push notifications, certain cookies/SDKs—where required)
  • Legal obligation (tax/financial records, regulatory requests)

5) In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive a confirmation and limited transaction metadata (e.g., product, time) but no full payment card details.

6) Advertising & Analytics Partners

If our games use ads or analytics, partners may receive device/usage data via their SDKs to show, measure, and cap ads and to detect fraud. Typical categories include:

  • Analytics/Crash: Apple App Analytics, Firebase/Google Analytics, crash reporting
  • Ads/Monetization (if enabled): Apple Search Ads, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Google AdMob, ironSource, Meta Audience Network, etc.

Add or remove the exact vendors you use in your live build and link to their policies in your app or website. Provide a consent flow where required.

7) Data Sharing

We share data only with:

  • Service providers/Processors (hosting, analytics, crash, customer support) under contracts that restrict their use of data
  • Ad partners (if using ads) as described above
  • Platform providers (Apple Game Center, App Store)
  • Authorities/Legal when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud
  • Corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, or asset sale) subject to appropriate safeguards

We do not sell your personal information for money. For California residents, we may “share” data for cross-context behavioral advertising if ads are personalized—see §12.

8) International Transfers

We may transfer data to countries outside your own (e.g., the US). Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms such as the EU/UK Standard Contractual Clauses and implement appropriate safeguards.

9) Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Typical periods: gameplay/analytics data for 24–36 months from last activity; purchase records per tax/finance laws (usually 6–10 years).

10) Security

We use technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege) to protect data. No system is 100% secure.

11) Children’s Privacy

Our games are intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to delete it.

12) Your Rights & Choices

A. App-level controls

  • Ad Tracking: use iOS Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking to allow/deny tracking, and Reset Advertising Identifier.
  • Notifications: enable/disable in iOS Settings.
  • Consent/Opt-out: use the in-app privacy/consent screen (where provided).

B. GDPR/UK rights (EEA/UK/Switzerland)

You may request: access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection (including to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

C. California (CCPA/CPRA)

You have rights to know/access, correct, delete, and opt-out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Use the in-app “Privacy” screen or contact us to exercise rights.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights.

How to exercise your rights

Email us at hello@rampetuss.com with your country/region and the game title. We may take reasonable steps to verify your request (e.g., device ID, Game Center tag).

13) Cookies & SDKs

We do not use web cookies inside the iOS app, but we use SDKs that perform similar functions (analytics, crash reporting, ads). These SDKs may collect device data and identifiers to operate and measure the Services. On our websites, we may use cookies—see the site banner for choices.

14) Do Not Track

Because mobile apps do not respond to web “Do Not Track” signals, we rely on platform settings (e.g., App Tracking Transparency) and in-app choices.

15) Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may link to third-party content (e.g., leaderboards, communities). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

16) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version in-app and/or on our website and update the “Effective date.” Material changes will be highlighted or notified in-app.
